Resident(s) are permitted up to two (2) registered pets. Resident(s) must obtain prior written consent of Landlord, fill out a pet application and sign a pet addendum before pet(s) are allowed to live on premises. The following breeds are restricted at this community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff (all types), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids “or any mix/variation/descendant thereof”​.
